6 Months

6 Months and counting...
Remember how we're always re-arranging the house?

Hopefully it gets finished before month 9.

The Nicest Week

Things are turning around here in Utah.
It was almost 60 degrees here today,
and I, for one,
could not have been happier!

Looking back, this week has been full of fun!

Tyler and I have spent a lot of time together,
and that is the way it should always be!

We went to the Natural History Museum in Salt Lake,
and it was hilarious! So much fun!

What a good motto for life, right?

We went shopping (outlet style - thanks Park City!),
and finally got our dream dresser.
For cheap.
Holla!

Today it was glorious out,
my friend Jenny was digging up irises,
and I decided to plant them,
plus lilies,
gardenias,
freesia,
and more irises.

I told Ty to stay inside and break-dance,
and I planted my little heart out.
[Besides, what husband really wants to help their wife pot plants?]
It was a glorious day in the sunshine!
I put the plants out on our balcony to get some sun,
and we re-arranged the house.
Again,
haha

We have enjoyed the company of good friends
over the past few days, and
I actually made dinner 2x! Hooray!

Overall,
its been the best day (and week) ever.

Baby boy is the best - still going strong!

Enjoy your Sunday!
I'm off to battle the hubby in Just Dance 2!
[wish me luck...]

Another Preggo Question!

 Not a thousand red balloons.
Just the baby belly!

Ok.

Another question.

Room size.

Did you really notice?
Was it the make or break point for you?
Would you recommend a smaller room with better care,
or a large room with so-so care?

Currently undecided.

Also:

Midwives.
Opinions?

Please let your opinions out!
The stroller/car-seat question saved my life!
I am so happy that you all gave me advice about that!

Camera Announcement

So, what camera did I buy?

The Sony A77!

Check out this review for lots of info!

***

We had to order the camera in, due to flooding in Thailand.
The camera has been back-ordered for a while,
and I kept checking everywhere for it!

Finally, someone had one in a warehouse in Kansas City.
And bam!
They shipped it out to me likity-split.

The funnest part about the experience?
The camera came in today,
so they called and I told them when I'd be there.

Apparently, the photogs and workers waited all day...
just so they could see what it looked like out of the box.
One even asked if he could hold it....hilarious.
[They didn't want to take it out of the box b/c it was a customer's. Isn't that nice?]

Its a good feeling when professionals tell you
that they approve of your choice.
And, when they say they would switch to Sony
if they weren't so invested.
[Hello, I would never switch if I was invested in a brand, but that's b/c I'm cheap]

Even better?
They had my battery charged,
so when they took the camera out to put the battery in for me,
I exclaimed, "Oh, its so pretty!"
5 minutes later,
a photog dude walked over and said the same thing.
Then, I didn't feel so dumb.
haha

So, all in all,
I really love the camera.
I've had it for all of an hour,
and I just think I'll read the instruction manual tonight.

If you don't love the camera,
keep it to yourself.

I'm still trying to have a Sony A77 parade,
so no rain, please.
Besides, its just good manners.
